I thought about being ultra-clever with the title of this post, and then I figured it's always best to get right to the point when it comes to food. There's no time to be cute - folks want to eat!
So, in my first installment of Tasty Tuesday, I'm sharing a recipe that has been a BIG hit at parties and potlucks: Fluff Dip. A refreshing, sweet, and light fruit dip that is de-li-cious with strawberries, pineapples, apples, just about anything. Actually, I swear it's good enough to eat by the spoonful, all by itself (although I never let anyone see me do it). I dare you not to scrape the bowl and lick it off your finger. Did I mention it's made with Amaretto? Ha - NOW I really have your attention! This one is not for the kiddies, although you can probably make it without the Amaretto (but why would you want to?!). Every once in a while, us grown folks deserve something a little special. Perfect for the coming summer months.
Oh, one last thing - I can't commit to Tasty Tuesday each and every week. Afterall, I don't do most of the cooking in our house. But, when I feel particularly inspired (or when the husband whips up something magical and super-easy), I'll be sure to share it with you. Because that's the kind of chick that I am. I don't cook, but I'll share a recipe... so you can cook it for me.

Ooo, I could so do this. I have a couple of really good apple fruit dips, but I can see where this would be right up there! Yum -- especially since I'm an ammaretto lover.
