If you've been reading my blog for awhile (and I'm sure you have), then you know that my parental weakness is clothes shopping for my little girls. I'm always on the hunt for clothing that is unique, creative, colorful - something different from the other tots in Gymboree class. And my all-time favorite place to shop is...no, not Target (although I go there for everything else)...the Internet. Well, I learned something new during one of my recent Internet searches: that kids' clothes can be cute, soft, organic and even educational. At least the adorable tees and onesies from Learning Tees! By the way, the educational part helps me justify the purchase.
Learning Tees is an organic line of tees and onesies that are not only good for the planet, but good for your kids. Each tee is made of 100% organic cotton. On the front of the tee is a cute design of a character, and on the back the word. Learning Tees come packaged in a box with the corresponding letter (100% recyclable), that makes Learning Tees fun to receive and especially fun to give. Hang on, the learning doesn’t stop there. Each tee comes with a "fact tag" with fun facts about each character, and a link to the website where they can download a free coloring page with even more fun facts. It’s the most fun and functional tee you could ever buy!
I just love their philosophy behind the manufacturing of their tees, and their commitment to helping the planet. It actually gives me goosebumps. They go the extra step by ensuring that fair labor practices are used in the production of their garments. We searched hard for fair manufacturing. Our effort is to be part of a healthier planet all around. Learning Tees is made in India in a region known for it's eco-friendly businesses. The "birthplace" of our clothing is a happy, healthy, conscientious environment for the adults who make the clothing come together. No one under 18 years of age is employed by our manufacturer. What goes around comes around and we've made it so all good is coming your way.
With Learning Tees, it's not just about a cute, soft t-shirt for your kid, but that is certainly the end result!
Of course, I can't promise that wearing the tee will make your kid a whole lot smarter, but it's bound to make them more fashionable.
Wanna Buy It? Learning Tees has kids' t-shirts and onesies, with adorable characters from A to Z. Only $19.99 gets you a t-shirt and alphabet practice in one. See their great selection at www.learningtees.com
